How admissions works

  1. Apply

Complete the online application form and upload your child's latest school report, photo ID for a parent or guardian, and your child's passport or birth certificate.

  2. We review your application

The admissions team reviews your application and documents, and tells you if anything else is needed.

  3. Remote assessment

Your child sits an age-appropriate assessment online, supervised with the camera on. We email you the date, time and what to prepare.

  4. Interview

A video interview with you (the parent or guardian) and your child, about learning goals, values and any support needs.

  5. Offer and securing your place

We email you the offer. You then send proof of payment (a screenshot or receipt) for the £100 application fee (if not already paid), the £150 registration fee, and your first payment: a minimum of the first month, or the first term, or the whole year, depending on your plan. Your place is confirmed once we receive them.

  6. Welcome

We create your parent and pupil accounts and take you through onboarding, ahead of live lessons in January 2027.
